Subscription Fulfillment

Overview

Our fulfillment service allows us to manage your operation from order entry through shipping and inventory control. Orders are entered on-line for immediate validation and customer status. Orders and reorders are entered into the system quickly. Response analysis, inventory, order status and shipping reports are available as hard copy reports or on-line inquiry.

Turnaround time between order receipt and product delivery is a key factor in the fulfillment business. But there are two other important elements in evaluation: control and communication. We not only process orders to customers faster, but we also get information to our clients faster. When we sit down with our clients, we work out a reporting schedule and format that includes standard information, as well as more customized data, such as detailed source reports.

Subscription fulfillment services are performed using an on-line system that captures subscription information and develops comprehensive management, accounting and sales reports. It is designed to efficiently process the subscription order from receipt of the order to the production of the mailing labels.

The system is designed to keep the publishers in control of their subscriber database. This is accomplished by placing the publisher in control of the parameters that drive the system. The output, is what you request and not what we think you should have.
